Not the first bad experience I’ve had with them but tonight draws the line of just bad customer service and just sheer stupidity. Not only do we live over 30 minutes away from this location, (was craving their nuggets) but when we called to place our pick up order, they failed to mention a salad we ordered was not available. Use to love ordering from here but the customer service has went down hill. I checked the online hours tonight and the website stated they were open until 10pm. I called to the place a order for delivery and the employee on the phone informed that "Nevermind, we are closed now" with an incredibly sarcastic tone and laugh. Really disappointed to see a family favorite lose the excellent customer service that they use to provide.
We ordered a pizza over 2 hours ago on Grubhub, our order was never delivered! I called the store, when i called i got told she’s the only one working and too bad. She hung up on me. I tried calling back several times she hung up on me each time and finally told me it was harassment. This is so disappointing and she, whomever Brittany was very rude.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE EVER!!
The 1/2 off pizza specials have always been on Tuesdays after 4 and some real smart mouthed Brittany said that's not true when I have reciepts and will not tolerate such rudeness ever again.
I ordered a large cheese pizza from grubhub. was quoted 1 hr and 15 min. They left my pizza on my porch and never knocked on my door, rang the doorbell, called or texted me to let me know they delivered it. After about an hour and a half I check my app to see what was going on. it showed that it was still waiting to deliver. Recently we won a Kill a half hour question. I called today to redeem our coupon. I was at work and the coupon was in the car. I let the girl who answered the phone know that I thought the coupon was for a large two topping and a two liter. Upon arriving I realized that the coupon was actually for a small two topping.
