Went there with my wife to dine in. We walked in and there was a sign, Please wait to be seated. It seems the only employee was the bartender, who saw us but said nothing. While they looked right at us, 3 times to be exact, they couldn't be bothered to even acknowledge we were there, let alone say "Welcome someone will be with you soon." After 5 minutes, we left.
Great food great atmosphere depending on the bartender you may or may not get served promptly just depends on who's there.
Arrived at 6pm with a group of 7. Had to wear a coat because temperature of restaurant. Asked them to turn up the heat and we still were wearing coats when we left. Asked for separate checks as we always do(this is our 7th time going to Singo on Friday evenings). When it came time for the check was informed that they could not longer do separate checks). I’ve been coming here for a year since I work close by, they are weirdly racist during the morning as they make sure every single person who is white is taken care of even if they came in after you. Nighttime is much more welcoming and sweet. But I didn’t even get greeted today for 10 minutes and only three customers were present two of which were served and one who came in after served while I waited.
