Ordered a jumbo pizza from this place and the pizza was hard and couldn’t chew it. I called in and the person that answered the phone said the pizza was golden brown. I never said there was anything wrong with the appearance. Then I asked for a manager several times and the person refused to put a manager on the phone. This is the worse pizza I’ve had and I wouldn’t recommend this particular establishment to my worse enemy.
I've been a customer of the crest hill location for 30 years, but decided to try the Shorewood location due to a coupon I received. What I appreciate at first phone call is that a person (who I learned is named Eric) answered the phone. I can't stress enough how welcoming this is, in an age of automation it was nice not to have to press 1 for anything . I feel any company would be happy to have Eric on their team.
