Ordered online and waited to make sure to give them time. It was available 45 min from the time I ordered. I love that Rosati's has the same consistency no matter where I get it (Texas and Chicago).
It was my bday recently and I went in there not ordered from this place as I just moved from Thomas street location down to Basline Rd. I was skeptic as I am from Skokie and Aurora and am like Lou Malnatis probably a better bet. I went in and told them I needed help in such short notice. The counter person got me the best deal on deep dish and wings on and said she try her best in time for deep dish at lunch time with their orders. I went 2/25/2025 and it was horrible. The customer service was poor. The cashier had no people’s skills. Ow the food wss even worst. The pizza was dry and hard it had no sauce and was thick as a loaf of bread. I also ordered breaded mushrooms, wings and salad. The mushrooms weee cold 🥶 and soggy and the wings were 1/2 sauces and 1/2 fried. They didn’t have the honey barbecue sauce covering them. It’s a good thing a salad is pretty hard to mess up. Rosatis pizza is good no complaints on their food. Their service however is completely different be ready to wait 2.5 hrs if you order for pick up.
