The pizza is so fresh and hot, plus the employees and owner are well trained on how to run a Pizza place and a great atmosphere.
I have been a customer of Rosati's many locations and many years. We moved 3 years ago and started going to the Rosati's on Union Hills Dr. Phoenix. I placed an order for delivery on 10/31/2025. Total price was $33.12. I received an email stating the pizza would be delivered in 45 minutes. At 75 minutes i called to check on it, and they said it was on it's way. Honestly, this visit was disappointing, I would’ve given -0 stars if I could. I ordered the meatball parm sub on garlic bread with a side salad and 12 wings with ranch and an extra blue cheese. The garlic bread and blue cheese I paid for were missing, and the wings weren’t well done as I requested (which I was willing to overlook). Calzone had too much pepperoni and ricotta cheese was not prepared properly. Wings were substandard. $75 wasted.
The service in this place is non existent. Rude, and your food will be hours late. If I could give it 0 stars I would. This is literally my first review for a reason.
