$51 dollars latter: -chicken Alfredo, no chicken -Jalapeno poppers, no poppers, mozzarella sticks instead? -bbq sauce instead of ti hot chilli -burnt cheese curds -Italian cheese steak with jalapenos instead of sweet peppers and my daughter's been having stomach pulls since an hour after eating the Alfredo We drove 20 minutes from cave creek to get the take out because they offered the poppers That was our experience, I don't think I need to leave a actual comment about it
The pizza is great, but the ordering and delivery experience has been consistently frustrating. I typically order online, and my order today took nearly two hours to arrive. The same thing happened when I ordered a couple of weeks ago. Delays that long are especially difficult when you have a group of hungry people waiting. Maybe ordering over the phone is the better option, but I hope they resolve the issues with their online ordering and delivery system. Also a 14 inch pizza cost me $50 which I think is kind of ridiculous.
We love the Windy City pizza, but not tonight! Very disappointing customer service. When my wife arrived, they had made the wrong size pizza. Instead of simply acknowledging the mistake and charging her for the size we ordered, the employee argued with her and blamed someone else. He offered to remake it, but said it would take another 30 minutes, with no meaningful effort to make things right. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a business responds to them. Waited an hour and forty five minutes for our pizza to be delivered from their website which stated forty five minutes delivery. When the food finally came we ordered boneless wings with sweet chili sauce and it came with five pieces of boneless and five traditional and they had BBQ flavor to it not sweet chili. Then the pizza was the correct toppings but wasn’t cut correctly. I know staffing is a challenge but come on you have to have some kind of standards or get out of the pizza business.
So sad, the place is very disappointing. Don't bother going between the food. The service and everything else is bad
