HORRIBLE customer service and VERY RUDE. We ordered online ahead of time and were given a time for pickup. Went there at the reserved time and the guy sighed and said "yeah it's gonna be at least another 20 minutes we're really busy". Ok. Went back 15 minutes later and said it's gonna be another 10 minutes. Now we're waiting another half hour for 2 pizzas. THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY RUDE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I SA COCHROACHES ON THE GROUND.
I usually don’t write reviews, but this place is HORRIBLE. Very dirty prep areas and kitchen. Customer service is non-existent and when they do acknowledge you, it’s very rude. Showed up at the suggested time to pick up my order and the guy said they didn’t have an order for the name. Told me to come back in an hour. Went back to pick up the order and it was cold and the order was entirely wrong. Pizza was subpar. Little Caesar’s is 1000% times better (and that’s saying something). I don't know about the rest of their foods, but do not order an italian beef from this joint.
The pizza has been delivered cold the last 3 times we’ve ordered. Choose any other pizza company (Dominos, papa John’s) if you want your pizza hot. Do not get delivery, do carry out instead if you have to. These drivers do not care about the product.
