True Chicago style Pizza. Their Deep Dish Pizza is amazing as is their thin crust. Their Beef Sandwiches and Hot Dogs are REAL Chicago favorites. A must stop place if you are anywhere in the Palm Springs / Cochella Valley area.

Very good experience and nice ambience
I was told that it was going to be 45 mins.After an hour and a half of waiting for our pizza I became angry and then told a manager to cancel the order. He got angry and told me that I should maybe go to Dominos next time.So that's where I'll take my business for now on.Maybe one has to be rich to get good customer service? Good looking out Rosattis!
I've lived in Southern California since 1979 and in La Quinta for 18-1/2 years. When I left Chicago there were many authentic pizza restaurants but only one Italian Beef stands near the U if I Chicago Circle campus on Taylor near Halstead St. This was the famous Al's. moved to the Valley from Chicago some 12 years ago & have benn @ a lose when it comes to food.. was so happy when we fownd Rosati's! thear 1/2 lb Italian Beef Sandwich makes me feal @ home, it's good good good call and get your self one Now! just tell em Big George sent yah ;) then nex thime bring a few friends & try a Chicago pan you will need the help!
