Working with Owen Henry has been an absolute nightmare. We purchased a Simpson double wood door in October 2016. The doors were painted and installed. Unfortunately, they were painted horribly and were rough like sandpaper. Owen Henry repainted and re-installed the doors two more times, both times, the paint job was not done well.
