I'm a 63 yr old disabled vet who brought her screens in to be replaced. They asked me if I needed assistance in getting 13 screens up to the office. Of course I needed help. Some wonderful young man came up to help me. He and I struggled with these 13 sharp metal screens. There was no cart to put them on... Duh... Easier on the customer and the store employee.
