I had Rosati Windows come out to replace the glass only in my sliding door. I want to compliment the service department as well as the customer service contact for making the experience joyful. The installers were on time, efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
I'm a 63 yr old disabled vet who brought her screens in to be replaced. They asked me if I needed assistance in getting 13 screens up to the office. Of course I needed help. Some wonderful young man came up to help me. He and I struggled with these 13 sharp metal screens. There was no cart to put them on... Duh... Easier on the customer and the store employee. I couldn't believe I was responsible for getting those screens up to the office. They have very steep step up to the office, not a smooth journey. To be so inconsider... read more
