Rosa is the absolute best !!!!!!!!!! I happened to be at the big 5 and then saw her shop next door and thank God for her !She did the best cut I’ve ever had !!!
Her service has declined I haven't tried any of her other services for Braids, etc. (not enough hair) I have to disagree with E.G's review that there is "no garnish served with the burritos". If she did serve burritos, I'm sure she would provide garnish ;-)
