I love Rosa's! They have the best tortillas and taco plates- whether it is for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
Nice little place.
Best tortillas around. Fast service, well priced. Use them regularly for get togethers at our home with friends.
Food was good, service was friendly, and the price range is always awesome. I will be back again
