Service was great, nice and super speedy, got everything correct....just curious why my crunchy taco shells were rubbery and chewy?

Wide variety of Tex Mex Foods Burrito, Enchilada, Fajita & Tamales
Haven't been here for a while. Came back for their Taco Tuesday! The line was short and moved very quickly. The service was good. The portion of my food was big. I then remembered while I haven't been here for a while. The portion a long time ago was getting smaller and smaller. So we stopped coming by. This time is back to normal portion and we ate happily. Good food and nice staff make customers wanted to come back! Love our visit this time.
