Food is delicious!
This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered two fajita burritos and received two fajita tacos, yet I was charged for burritos. When I tried calling to speak with management, Victor passed the phone to Isabel, who also claimed to be a manager. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and argumentative. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she told me to come back so she could replace the order with the same incorrect item, which does nothing to fix the problem. This is every time we go they leave part of the order out. I'm pissed .we ordered taco family plate. N we got zero taco shells. Not worth going back to far. If I wanted to go to store n cook I wouldn't have ordered out. Bull..... now to store n buy shells n heating in oven. I'm sick of all these places paying more n getting screwed.
