Food seems to have slumped a bit over the years. But the service was fast for a breast fast stop on the way out of town.
We ordered sour cream chicken enchilada plate. The enchiladas had no flavor just taste of boiled chicken. The shredded lettuce looked like it had been frozen and thawed. The "refried beans" had consistency of Playdough. Rosa's used to be my favorite restaurant, but its not authentic Mexican food any longer.
Love the beef fajitas! My fiance & I always just get 1 plate & share, it's plenty for 2 people, plus they give you the guac, sour cream, cheese, & lettuce fixings for them & you get refried bean & rice! But, you will only get 3 tortillas, so if you want 2 each, then you might want to get more tortillas. Everything was wonderful & the window person was pleasant.
