Everything from starters to dessert was perfect and fresh.
I went out of my way, on a long road trip, to eat at Rosa's. I enjoy it every time. Great for families and priced for college kids. And the fresh tortillas!!
Always constantly good. Service is fast, prices are fair for the amount. We stop in when we are in the area. Never has disappointed us.
