Poor quality work. She promised it would be done in a week, I showed up to pick it up 9 days later and it was still not complete. Said it would be ready later in the day. Went to pick it up and it was very poorly done. Upon further inspection at home I decided it was unacceptable and brought it back. When I went to pick it up a second time she tried charging me $10 for the fixes. It was still not done well. I will not be returning.

We were referred to come to Rosa’s for alterations as the place we originally went to said they couldn’t do children’s alterations and that this place would do a better job. So we came on a Saturday and there was only one person being serviced at the time. Apparently they can only attend to one person at a time which resulted in us waiting for an hour just for them to see if they could even do what we needed.
