The customer service was very poor.
I preface this review with the fact that I had previously given Rosa's a great review in the past. I've since deleted that review. My husband and I have taken items to them for the past 2 years with great results. I took a pillow that had a loose, hanging button, and a cable knit sweater that had a pulled thread. I asked that she sew the hanging button back on and fix the sweater. I came back a week later and it wasn't done yet, saying they had been too busy. My husband ordered couch cushions from Rosa Alterations. The original couch cushions were damaged. We kept the pillow covers, and my husband brought them to Rosa Alterations and asked Rosa to buy foam for the pillows and fill the pillow covers with it. At Rosa Alterations, she showed me an unfinished version. The foam was so thin, and I asked: “can we add more foam?” We need a thicker, than this option she showed me.
