We were referred to come to Rosa’s for alterations as the place we originally went to said they couldn’t do children’s alterations and that this place would do a better job. So we came on a Saturday and there was only one person being serviced at the time. Apparently they can only attend to one person at a time which resulted in us waiting for an hour just for them to see if they could even do what we needed. Excellent attention and clean work and on-time delivery. She is a kind person Right in your business.
Poor service, shoddy workmanship, and missed deadlines. My garment was ruined, and the staff was unhelpful. They didn’t call me about charging additional for an alteration. Horrible service! Not recommended.
