I’m writing for my friend who had temporal arteries biopsied by Dr Rosario. He didn’t follow the recommendations on the areas to avoid because of proximity to the facial nerve, and left her with Bell’s palsy. Unfortunately, he was the only doctor who could see her promptly, which is why she saw him. His office was shabby and smelled like mold. Do not let him do surgery on you.
The East Liverpool office is not clearly marked with signage. There is no local phone number and when we called for clarification for the location the person answering the phone did so in a completely unprofessional manner. The whole thing gave myself and my mother a bad feeling and we will be seeking a referral to a different thorasic surgeon.
