Rosario is patient, kind and knowledgeable. very helpful in getting referrals.
I was very happy with my experience. The office was clean and everyone was very courteous and welcoming as this was my first visit. The medical assistant was very nice as well as the doctor. Dr Ross listened and was not judgmental. He didn't force any medications on me and answered all questiones I had. Great experience! My experience is always a positive one. Dr. Giacomini is amazing. He listens incredibly well and addresses all questions and concerns in depth. He never seems rushed. He has terrific assessment skills and has resolved several long standing issues of mine. He inspires trust and confidence. This whole office is outstanding in every way and my wife and I are now both seeing Dr. GIACOMINI and Dr. Wong as our primary.
What a wonderful practice! Dr. Giacomini was professional yet personable and I immediately felt at ease in his presence and with his care. The front desk staff for check in and check out were great too - helpful and courteous. That's something you don't always see now and it is very much appreciated.
