Great and kind staff. Comfortable apartments from studio to 1-bedroom. Individual heating control would be nicer but it’s usually OK. Private bathroom with shower is great! Food could be a little better but they’re working on it.
I had to put my husband in rehab for 2 weeks, as a result of a broken leg that required surgery. Soundview made me pay for a month up front. I have been trying to get a refund for 4 months, they said it would take 30 days, I have reached out numerous times and they will not return my calls. Not happy.
I can genuinely say it's a fantastic place. The team is dedicated, caring, and truly passionate about providing the best care for our residents. The environment is supportive, and everyone works together to ensure that both residents and staff feel valued and respected.
Spent an entire 3 days trying to talk to a head nurse just to get brushed off each time and be told that she would be in later. Left our phone number and she never even called! And then just to be handed a pile of papers instead of having an actual staff member to talk With us? It's completely ridiculous at this point, they also have Lost one of his items.
