The staff in the memory care unit are absolutely amazing. From the caregivers to the food staff to the med techs to their activity staff, and even their maintenance staff…everyone is top notch. They are so kind, attentive, and very professional. The facility is clean and the location is absolutely amazing. This place makes the best out of very hard situations. We are lucky to have found it. (5 stars)
I would give more than 5 stars, if I could! Chehara Green guided our family through the entire process with so much care and competency. Moving our mom into Rosario Assisted Living and Memory Care was a no-brainer!! It checks all of our boxes! The staff is always responsive without being invasive in any way. The food is amazing! The facilities are light, bright and so homey, and we love being part of the community! Our whole family is grateful for such a warm, kind, caring place.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Chehara and the entire staff at Rosario Assisted Living in Anacortes. My dad is a resident there, and the care, kindness, and respect he receives every day truly mean the world to our family. Great and kind staff. Comfortable apartments from studio to 1-bedroom. Individual heating control would be nicer but it’s usually OK. Private bathroom with shower is great! Food could be a little better but they’re working on it.
I had to put my husband in rehab for 2 weeks, as a result of a broken leg that required surgery. Soundview made me pay for a month up front. I have been trying to get a refund for 4 months, they said it would take 30 days, I have reached out numerous times and they will not return my calls. Not happy.
