I've been a customer ever since we moved in to our home in Hanover 9 years ago and learned that is whom our neighbors use so we signed up. We've used them for pumping/maintenance and to evaluate the leech field when a tree fell over on it. This is the first time we had a real issue. Rosano Davis has always been prompt, professional, and efficient, but they went way beyond 5 stars with our recent service call. Our septic alarm went off just as they were closing on December 23. Dylan called and talked me through a short term solution, promising it would hold us over until the 26th. He said they might be able to come on Christmas Eve and sure enough, Rich arrived early afternoon on the 24th and worked tirelessly for several hours to make sure our repair was fully completed. We had problem with overflowing downspout. After consulting multiple companies which all suggested extensive remediation, Rosano Davis worked with us and corrected problem efficiently and without any disruption. Going forward, they will be our first call!
I’m so grateful for this company and the emergency services and maintenance they performed on My septic system. Not only are they 24/7 and respond so promptly. But they are compassionate to what you’re going through in a time like that. Extremely Thorough in all areas! Was able to spot a major future issue. Incredible service in a bad situation. Our septic backed up Sunday night, I called at 6:00am Monday morning and Linda answered the phone. They had someone to my house and fixed the situation by 10:00am. Great company and people.
