They are shifty and make you wait hours for your appointment so they can cramp as many in as possible. If you go on HotDoc doctor’s appointments are scheduled every 10 minutes. When we all know standard ones take 20-30 minutes. Every time I’ve gone there’s been a waiting queue of 4 people. Honestly might be worth it if the care is really good, but from my experience they rarely actually do any medical work there rather just admin work. This medical centre used to be very good when old doctors were there. I would NOT recomend this practice now. I found a better and caring doctor in Watsonia (the family clinic) Highly recommend.
I have been to this practice several times now and each visit has involved wait times that are far longer than expected — in some cases stretching into hours past my scheduled appointment. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating, as it means I end up spending a significant part of my day in the waiting room. I value the care provided, but I do not expect my time to be disregarded in this way. Hi this clinic is fantastic, i have checked for years by Dr Dharshan who is very caring and knowlegable. But as he is not available i got an app with another Gp her name is Dr Ajana Ghosh , I have been waiting for one and a half hour and when I told her she has no sympathy and just said you should call before coming to clinic still i can not understand how rude and inconsiderate a Dr can be . If you want to get best treatment and care please make an app with Dr Dharshan
Honestly, disappointed with the service here. I understand receptionist can be under pressure and stress but there is no need to be condensing and rude to patients. The skin male doctor also had no etiquette and reminded me of a frat boy that became a doctor. Lastly, was given results on the phone for iron levels and the doctor took a good 10 minutes to book my appointment with same frat boy doctor for an iron infusion and charged me for that phone call, all for them to cancel it on the day of my infusion as there was a “sho... read more
