My experience with Rosanna Heating and Cooling has been extremely disappointing. I dealt with Robert, who identified himself as a Service Manager. From the beginning, the communication and customer service were extremely poor. I waited a week and a half for a technician to attend because this was the earliest appointment they could provide.
