We had a great experience with your very polite worker 'Ash' who came out to have a look at my elderly mother in-laws ducted refrigerated air conditioner that was making a very loud noise & wasn't working correctly. Ash had informed us that the unit outside was 28 yrs old & said that they can no longer service/get parts for that brand of air conditioner anymore.
