A very pleasant experience.
Had a 10 am appointment on a Saturday. At 10.30 I get a call from a guy saying he won’t make it. Said he was tied up at another job but admitted he knew that the day before and probably should have let me know. He also let slip he was going away that afternoon. What was even more disappointing was I didn’t hear from the company at all the following week. No apology or attempt to rebook. Rosanna heating and cooling offered very prompt and professional service. Excellent customer service and communication from Wayne and his team. Dave the technician who came onsite was very knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend this company.
Wayne was fantastic - he gave us great advice and helped with problem solving around a difficult issue. The team arrived on time as promised, completed the job quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.
From initial recommendation to completion of work removing failed gas ducted heating and evaporative cooling to installation of reverse cycle heating and cooling we have been very impressed. Ash was nothing short of brilliant explaining our options and facilitating the transition. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Bonus points for appreciating our cat Belle.
