I was so pleased with this firm, from the first inspection and discussion of suitable solutions for improved heating and cooling needs to an efficient and effective installation of the split system unit. Timed for a 7.30 start, the installers arrived a little early and unloaded (quietly) supplies etc into my driveway. They were ready to start at 7.30. Used this company for our new heating installation. The whole team was friendly and easy to deal with. In the past, I’ve dealt with businesses where the person doing the quote was fantastic, but the installers were not so easy to work with. That definitely wasn’t the case here. The person who came out to quote the job was great, and the installer was equally friendly, respectful, and professional. So nice deal with a local company that clearly takes pride in both their work and customer service. Highly recommend.👍

Rosanna Heating and Cooling supplied and installed our new air conditioner. They patiently guided us through the selection process and promptly installed the unit we selected. All the staff we spoke with were courteous and helpful, including the two gentlemen who installed it. When the installation was finished, the installers vacuumed the area and took away all packaging, including the 20-year-old air conditioner we were replacing.
