We have used Rosanna H&C a number of times now. They have always delivered high quality service. Will use again.
I’m surprised that this business still exists as some years ago, one of its workmen (Ray) turned up on the first morning clearly very drunk, unable to stand straight and most belligerent for which I sent him away and cancelled the job, no apology came from the employer.
Rosanna Heating and Cooling has outstanding customer service and a great overall offer. They may not be the cheapest, but given the superb quality of their work, it's worth every cent! Our first experience with Rosanna heating was welcoming and they showed interest in discovering what we wanted and how it could be installed. Brett was willing to go the extra step to ensure that I understood how it would all work. Matt and his team were exceptional. Kind, friendly, willing to explain along the way, ensured all the mess was cleaned up and obviously worked well as a team. I would certainly recommend Rosanna Heating & Cooling Group.
