They should have -1 for this.My husband switched to this agent because our agent we had , had everything screwed up. Since we went to her about 5 months ago, things have been more screwed up than they were from the beginning. You cant even get a word in edge wise when speaking to her, because she doesn't stop talking EVER!! and she likes to speak over you.. State Farm is a joke and so is this agent!!! We love State Farm but not this agent! She is rude, unhelpful and uncooperative! She makes up her own rules as she sees fit. She has implied that members of our family are liars. Save yourself a lot of issues and take your business to another agent in the area! If I could rate a ZERO STARS I would gladly do so! Never have I had such poor service!
