Rosana is a fantastic yoga teacher, is very knowledgeable and really cares about her students. I have been attending her classes for years and am so grateful to Rosana for making yoga fun and accessible so that it’s become a regular - and really health giving - part of my life.

Such an amazing teacher! I cant emphasise how skilled Rosana's teaching is. The way that she uses her voice to encourage and uplift you to engage and tune in is very effective. She can also be extremely calm and help you to feel grounded. She is very present and focused. She makes the classes different each time and you will feel the benefit in your body. Rosana has understanding of how to include teaching about mindfulness and is very inspiring, bringing a lightness and joy.

Excellent yoga classes that I have had the pleasure of attending for many years. Rosana is warm and friendly. I feel like I am learning properly when she teaches me - I can then do yoga on my own and be confident that I am properly aligned. I always feel assisted and looked out for and she has managed to do this even now the classes are online. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. Her classes are brilliant!
