waited for 3hrs, jusr for the doctor to complain about “omg i didnt get to eat today”. doesn’t sound like my problem is it, made me wait 3hrs for what
Waited over an hour to be told wrong doctor need to see the other. Come back next week. Shocking service. 2 people walked out as had waited too long without being told anything. Very poor skills and manners
Very poor experience. Reception staff have limited English skills and display unprofessional, dismissive behaviour. Patients are left waiting over an hour, with no communication or accountability. Despite empty waiting areas, appointments are still delayed due to overbooking. This clinic lacks basic courtesy and efficiency. I will not be returning.
Receptionist staff is not fluent in English which makes it hard to communicate with them. Alongside side the speech barrier, their attitude towards awaiting patients is rude and stand-offish. They neglect the wait time patients have (waiting for 1h+) and walks off whenever they please. Doctors overbook their schedule which causes long gaps of delay. I come to this clinic to see Dr Nigel Foenander because he listens and pays attention and is very professional. He has many years of experience and I don't mind waiting an hour to see him because I know that he cares unlike other clinics that time your visit to 10 or 15 minutes and don't bother looking at you. I also like the guy at the reception he is very nice.
