Absolute legends. They may be a bit late at times but it’s due to working on other patients in worse conditions. Receptionists are fantastic and Nigel Foenander and Dr Pham are Legends. very profesional. Why go anywhere else?
Excellent customer service by the team. Dr Hang Pham is one of the best GP in the industry. She’s very thorough, dedicated to her patients and is committed to providing a high level of medical services. Highly recommended.
waited for 3hrs, jusr for the doctor to complain about “omg i didnt get to eat today”. doesn’t sound like my problem is it, made me wait 3hrs for what
Waited over an hour to be told wrong doctor need to see the other. Come back next week. Shocking service. 2 people walked out as had waited too long without being told anything. Very poor skills and manners
Very poor experience. Reception staff have limited English skills and display unprofessional, dismissive behaviour. Patients are left waiting over an hour, with no communication or accountability. Despite empty waiting areas, appointments are still delayed due to overbooking. This clinic lacks basic courtesy and efficiency. I will not be returning.
