Receptionist staff is not fluent in English which makes it hard to communicate with them. Alongside side the speech barrier, their attitude towards awaiting patients is rude and stand-offish. They neglect the wait time patients have (waiting for 1h+) and walks off whenever they please. Doctors overbook their schedule which causes long gaps of delay. I come to this clinic to see Dr Nigel Foenander because he listens and pays attention and is very professional. He has many years of experience and I don't mind waiting an hour to see him because I know that he cares unlike other clinics that time your visit to 10 or 15 minutes and don't bother looking at you. I also like the guy at the reception he is very nice.

Be prepared to wait a while to see the doctor sometimes up to an hour. It’s a busy medical clinic for a good reason. Friendly and hardworking staff. I am giving Dr Pham 5 stars because she is thorough and gives you time to discuss your concerns. Very grateful that Dr Pham diagnosed my cancer and referred me to Peter Mac. It’s worth the wait!
