Timely attention
The team was very professional and made me very at ease through my whole process. If I have my way, I wouldn't mind coming back here again in a few years. Thank you Dr. Nguyen.
The check in and procedure went well. Doctors and nurses were kind. I did feel they rushed me to stand and get dressed post procedure while I was still dizzy and disoriented. They also wrote down the wrong number for my husband (my driver) from the correct one in the computer. No one double checked it so I was there an extra 2 hours in a very cold room while they called the wrong number multiple times. That part could have gone a lot better. Going in for a procedure that nobody wants to go through is not the first item on my list. I have to tell you, though, that people were so friendly and so kind and so informative that the experience was made to be very comfortable.
