The check in and procedure went well. Doctors and nurses were kind. I did feel they rushed me to stand and get dressed post procedure while I was still dizzy and disoriented. They also wrote down the wrong number for my husband (my driver) from the correct one in the computer. No one double checked it so I was there an extra 2 hours in a very cold room while they called the wrong number multiple times. That part could have gone a lot better. Going in for a procedure that nobody wants to go through is not the first item on my list. I have to tell you, though, that people were so friendly and so kind and so informative that the experience was made to be very comfortable.
The doctor was very friendly and personable. She listened to all of my medical history and went over my options very clearly and answered all the questions that I have.
