Dr. McFarland prescribed me two medications, and wanted to start them one at a time, which does make sense. I had to call back more than five times over the following few weeks to get the other medication. When they finally responded, they had 0 record of the diagnosis they gave me and the medication she prescribed. If I could give zero stars, I would. Honestly, this whole experience felt like dealing with someone who’s more interested in hearing herself talk than actually doing her job. First appointment, she pretended to be super thorough — taking notes, nodding like she “really cared,” promising labs and tests. Cute. Except… she never ordered a single thing. Not one. I personally feel these reviews are biased and from people she knows. I was referred from another NP and she gave wonderful compliments. I was seeking a sister who cared but that's not what I received. She barely looked me iny face, I had to repeat my self several times. I conveyed what caused some of my ailments as this was a 1st time visit she saw a negative comment and told me what happened to my heart what you don't even know me & she was wrong. I arrived, front desk was helpful and cheery, and I was brought back quickly! Dr. McFarland was extremely nice and listened to everything I had to say. I appreciate her taking the time to see me!

I’m finding another doctor I’ve been going to this place since 2021 and she doesn’t seem to understand medical issues or she’s deliberately sabotaging my care either way I don’t have any results and my condition has not changed. Also, I don’t like students training listening and watching in my visits and she always asks if a student can be present it’s annoying and unprofessional! She’s cancelled and not wasting a single minute more of my time.
