The WORSE doctor staff, ! Dr.Amante is good, her personality is direct and she is welcoming.
Dr. Amante is one of the best primary doctors I have ever had she is thorough and she has great mannerism and interpersonal skills. She cares about her patients and she’s extremely nice I’m going to miss her. I don’t know if I will find another doctor like her I hate she’s leaving the state of Florida she was such a great doctor and I am writing this review because hopefully it will follow her wherever she lands in Texas and others will flock to her. She’s Great😊😊
I want to give Dr. Amante a 5 star because she is great!! As for her employees, I would say 1, which is unfortunate because it is one of the reasons why I choose to not go anymore. Everytime you call the employees seem miserable, they are rude, and they don't make you feel good after talking with them on if they are actually going to do what they are supposed to. The employee at the office are careless. they are so behind with paperwork. I tried many times to contact them but they don’t answer the phone. If they would answer the phone they would keep you on hold. Especially the person who works at PCP office. The doctor supposed to give me a referral to my specialist and she did. but the lady at the PCP office is laidback and didn’t do her duties to get the authorization from the insurance. Dr. Amante is the sweetest Dr with the best bed side manner. She takes her time checking you and explains everything thoroughly. She leaves no stone unturned and makes sure you understand everything process by process. She calls with test results and if a procedure has been done she calls to check on you. I cannot finish this review without saying how wonderful her staff is. Everyone there is so sweet and make you feel at home. We need more Dr’s and office staff like them.
