We hired Rosalie to redo our walkway in 2020, needless to say we are still waiting for the supplies and work to be completed. About 6 months ago we were told its a supply chain issue due to COVID. I get that part however, as a business woman we expected a little more communication about the status of the order. My husband and I really try to support Black owned businesses but Rosalie makes it very difficult for us to continue to do so. I would not hire this woman to do my work or ever refer her. She is unethical, and dishonest. Took off with my money and used it for something else and never did the work. She lied that she gave a deposit for the fence she supposedly put an order in for until I went to the fence company and learned that no order was put in by Rosalie. Rosalie lives in the neighborhood and so I thought I give her business. NEVER AGAIN!
