I would never recommend Dr. Alvarado. I went to her for the 9 months that I was pregnant with my third son. I expressed to Dr.Alvarado that I would really like to try for a VBAC instead of a c-section. i had a very traumatic experience with my last c-section, and being that I gave birth to my first son vaginally (i had a very high success rate for a VBAC) Dr. Alvarado never really seemed optimistic. Dr. Alvarado has been my OBGYN for many years and I've only ever had positive experiences with her. In the past visiting the gynecologist was always an anxious painful event. However since seeing Dr Rosalie Alvarado that's not the case I feel very at ease and comfortable and heard. I'm actually baffled by the negative reviews - the anger seems to be misdirected.
