The best cardiologist in the country. He is genuinely concerned about you and hears what you have to say. Best bedside manner hands down! I trust him…period!

Dr. Rosales had me fooled. I really thought he cared about me. He orders thousands of dollars of testing and you never hear from him the results. Karen plays the God fearing compassionate person and Blanca will hold the phone up for him to hear you. She's was supposed to arrange a halter monitor and not one word. But I think I still owe them money and they don't care about you. Now my meds are not getting approved It's all about show me the money.
TL:DR - Disorganized office with long wait times, difficult to contact, doctor with poor bedside-manner, and poor office communication all around. Nurses were great, but the front desk staff is rude. My wife and I visited this office for a scheduled appointment at 2:15. We arrived early and checked in, and proceeded to wait. We didn't get back to see her doctor until two hours AFTER her scheduled appointment time (finally went back at 4:15pm). Our nurses were awesome, but we only interacted with them for a short time.
