Dr Rosales has been taking care of my 95 yr old mother for many, many years. I credit him with maintaining her health and managing her medications so she can celebrate another birthday year. He answers all our questions and concerns and never rushes us. I feel confident my mother is getting the best care with Dr Rosales. As to his staff ... his nurse assistants have always been professional and friendly. Terry who answers the phone is the 'best'. I like Dr Rosales. Very nice and compassionate. I see him every 3 months for routine check ups and to get my meds refilled. Send it automatically to CVS. My health has been stable with his care. No complaints about him here.
Incompetent. Leaves me badly bruised when drawing blood. I have to remind him to give me certain shots when I come in. He never checks my ankles or looks in my ears or nose. I kept telling him I was having a certain problem. He ignored me. I told another doctor he sent me for an MRI, turns out it was serious. His reaction was barely a "huh." He does less then the minimum. Looking for another doctor.
The nastiest staff at the front desk who seem to always be having a terrible day. You're health is secondary to their moods and they will condescend to you about things like- their own non-updated info on the Oxford website.
He has been my primary doctor for years. He is compassionate and always has been spot on for diagnostics, treatment and referrals. My family swears by him.
He keeps you waiting 1 hour in the medical room-He doesn't put through your medication to the proper place which cost me extra money. He has no sympathy, empathy and can't draw blood. Don't go to this office it's a horror!
