Responds extremely quickly. Handles all of our transactions no matter how complicated they are. Professional. More than fair prices. We do a lot of transactions and all I can say is damn I wish we knew about Rosado sooner smh.. would have saved a lot of time money and headache if that were the case :/
Giselle was my attorney for a purchase of an unusual property in Newburgh. Giselle and her team were very thorough, the closing took minutes and everything was in hyper order. She negotiated and executed a Post Occupancy Agreement for me that came up last minute, it was a lot of work and back and forth, and she didn't change her fee. Post closing, her office has continued to be a resource for me, suggesting contractors and local vendors when I inquire. I will definitely continue to work with her and her team.
