I reached out to Rosado Custom Homes to inquire about a quote for installing a 1/2 bathroom in our basement. Sight unseen over the phone Victor quoted me $30,000-$40,000. He insisted we would have to drill into the concrete for plumbing due to the bathroom being below-grade of the sewer line and said that toilets with an ejector pump would not work because of "gravity".
