Tried to hire them through GreenPal and they never bothered to show up. When I first hired them, I changed the date and messaged them to confirm. She read the text message but never responded. The date rolled around and they never showed. I tried to message her asking if they were still going to mow my lawn, and no response. Really disappointing. no communication whatsoever.
Rosa’s totally failed to communicate once we booked them. They said that they were on the way and never even showed up with no response as to why they didn’t. I hired them through green pal, and initially they were pretty good. However, there seems to be some kind of communication issue because they do not respond to text messages as they claim is their best way and form of contact. The last couple times they came out there were sections of lawn that didn’t even get cut. There was grass all over my lawn chair, and patio and I’ve asked them nicely at least twice to stop running the lawnmower over the driveway because I just had it pressure cleaned, yet they continue to run over the... read more
Stay away! Horrible customer service and liars! They cut the grass during a horrible storm with a weed wacker and the grass was uneven. They agreed it was a bad service and agreed to redo the service at no charge. They never showed up or even called. They came 2 weeks later and stated the knocked at the door which they did not since we have a ring door bell. They were mad because I filed an official complaint with Greenpal service to document the service, so they decided to not fix the issues after they agreed. They lack com... read more
