I found Rosa through Google as I needed a photographer that was able to photograph a large group. I was very specific with the date since we had family fly out of town for a milestone birthday celebration. Rosa was quick to respond. She offered a backup option of indoors incase the weather did not work out. Sure enough the weather didn’t and she was able to provide an indoor home studio option. My sister had booked Rosa for a family portrait session and Rosa was great! She was able to accommodate a large group of people - all 15 of us. She was very patient with the kids and tried her best to get their attention for the photos. She was detail oriented such as where to place family members by clothing colour and asking us to fix wrinkles on our outfits before taking the photos to get the best shots. We went for family photos with a six months old and a 2 years old a year ago. She made us feel very uncomfortable, the photo session was very stressful, she didn't seem to be nice with the kids. We scheduled thru grooupon and I regret choosing this option. All the photos of the kids look very uncomfortable. We practically run away from that place.
