Have been coming here for years since Rosa opened and I used to love it and they did great with my eyebrows however the customer service has declined tremendously. I always like either Rosa or Anju to do my brows but whenever I call to ask about them they don’t tell me when there gonna be there. Had a very bad experience Sunday when I walked in 5 minutes before they closed and the lady there very rudely dismissed me saying she wasn’t helping me because they close at 6. Good service. The young lady was fun to talk to & the place is clean. Plenty of parking and easy to find. Eyebrows & upper lip was $22, bring cash to tip if you can (always better). They also do other services like sugar waxing, eyebrow tint etc but I came for threading.

I usually love every employee who is working, but whoever was there today 06/05 at 3 pm did a horrendous job. It was very painful my entire eyebrow threading experience and I no longer have an arch on one of my eyebrows, they are completely different. I’ve been coming to Rosa since 2020 so I am upset by this experience.
