This place does not cater to your needs at all. i was told to turn my music down on my speaker and i did so by putting headphones in my ears. the housing manager brought me the rule book because i hadn't received it since movie in and she threw it at at me. next thing i know the police are in my face accusing me of assault and breaking a picture in the hallway... I was living at Rosa Parks for almost a year. Let me first say, every positive review she has is because she told us to go on google and post a good review for her, because her first reviews from other ladies were awful. At first the house was being run by amazing addict that had 7 yrs clean time, while the owners of the house, Ouida and Mike, were in Jamaica. I spent many months at the Rosa Parks house ran by Ouida n mike.. That was the best decision I have ever made in my entire life not only wasn't the best decision it was the smartest decision, that house ran by ouida saved my life in many ways...
