I've had several visits with Dr. Pacheco. She is very knowledgeable and takes time to talk with her patients to determine what their health goals are. She's very open to questions and requests and provides thorough answers. She's also worked with me to meet my health needs while working within the constraints of my health insurance requirements. What started as stuffy nose and sore throat symptoms were faster becoming covid signs. Thought I would need to visit an urgent care to receive meds but gave my chart messenger a try. Completely dropped the ball when I needed surgery clearance. Basically diagnosed me with a heart blockage, told me it was no big deal (red flag #1) and cleared me for surgery, then ONE DAY before my surgery, the hospital calls and says I need to be cleared by a cardiologist. The cardiologist did not agree with Pacheco's analysis and cleared me. Pacheco almost ruined the surgery I've been waiting over a year for. I was a teenager when she saw me and didn’t want to help me at all!!! I needed to see an OBGYN because I had 10 day long periods and she didn’t want to give me a referral because I wasn’t sexually active!!!! Horrible and mean. Turns out I had ovarian cysts for years and endometriosis. I could’ve been told that at 14 if she would’ve listen to my issues.

funny ,really energetic personality,know what to do and tread in the first time you got a new health problem ,he is really friendly, you fell like is you family talking to you really professional 110% in my book, is a doctor the you want to keep for ever and ever, for your heath making you a lot happier and helthy
Both doctor and staff provide substandard service and attention. The doctor does not provide sensible responses to serious health questions. Will never return and definitely will not be recommending to anyone.
