Rosa is a masterful stylist. She does wonders with highlights and colors. She listens to what you want and always meets your needs. I’ve been going to her forever and she always remembers what I like. We sometimes try something a little bit different depending on the season. She gives great blowouts and my hair feels soft and they last. Highly recommend her for her services.
