Rosa did hair for my wedding at the Ritz-Carlton Lakehouse on Lake Tahoe, and it was an absolute dream. I live in Manhattan and take my hair seriously lol I have naturally curly brown hair that I dye blonde and blow out weekly and it’s taken me years to find the people I trust with that. I wish I had Rosa live closer to me to do my hair all the time! Rosa did my hair and makeup for my welcome party and wedding day. We had a host of things stand in the way of a good time, including the power going out multiple times - and yet Rosa took it all in stride and did a beautiful job.
