Dr.Rosalina Penaloza is a great Physician. She made me feel very welcomed and heard when it came to my health concerns . My appointment with her did not feel rushed at all and took some time to wrap things up but I LOVE THIS. To me this means the Dr heard me , communicated with me thoroughly & most importantly helped me understand and get answers as to what my health issue was.
