One star is generous. Last year, there were issues with me getting my contacts because they forgot the unit number for my address and it was returned to them Today was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I showed up and was told they needed to verify my insurance and claimed they couldn’t pull anything with the benefits code because it was now 3 digits and last year it was 4. The staff was very irresponsible. My order took almost three months, and I did not receive a single call, message, or update. When I contacted them, they simply said they were looking into it but never provided any proper response. Very disappointing!
