I tried to get into see her. Unfortunately she has some horrible schedule due to her going into a non patient care role. They rescheduled for over 1 year. I gave up and decided to seek evidence based primary care. My brother continued there until he was fat shamed and denied referrals he needed. He is very happy being outside of Lovelace. Dr. Galvez has been my doctor for 20 some years. I adore her. She is the best. I always get great care with her. I am so sorry she is retiring, but I wish her a great retirement.
She takes her time and lets me remember the questions I might forget to ask and covers everything without rushing me. I really feel she is great and will miss her when she retires.
