I was looking for a place open on Sunday and found Rosa's. I was in amd out in 1 hour flat. Probably because I went early. The plane was filling up as I left. They are not big on chit chat which is fine by me. My hair came out beautiful. I was very pleased and would definitely go back.
I have been going to Rosa Dominicans for about 5 years now and they never disappoint. I love it here I gate keep this place because of how beautiful it has my hair and if the right person do your hair it will last well over 3 weeks.
So I found Rosa near South Lake Mall. Cute store front and very inviting. The lady who washed my hair....OMG. Hands from the God's. I came with color. No wait, in and out just the way I like it.
Roisa and Family is very professional. My daughter and myself has been going to her for 10 year’s now. They care about your hair growth and health. Truly reminds me of NY style of hair care.
