I scheduled a deep clean for our house prior to our first baby's arrival. It was such a gift and relief to have help in getting the house clean for this new chapter. I cannot express enough how amazing they were. I gave them general directions at the start of where I would like them to work and they hopped to it. They asked questions as needed, did an amazing job organizing and then asked “where can we help next?” After they did some organizing they also took us around and showed us where they put things, how to find everything, etc. the house looks brand new now! We had a great experience with Rosa Cleaning Services! They were responsive from the beginning and took the care to ask about details of our space before providing a quote. And the actual cleaning was fantastic! The team was on time and communicative. They were thorough. I don't think our fridge or oven have been this clean since they were brand new!
Angela & Patricia are the best! Amazing attention to detail, take feedback well, and are always so happy! I have worked with many housekeeping teams and they are amazing. We feel lucky to have found Rosa Cleaning and have had positive interactions with everyone from their team. They also take care of fine furnishings and materials as well as using non toxic cleaners.
I have used Rosa Cleaning Service regularly for several years. They communicate well, are very professional, thorough and kind. I work from home and it always requires a bit of a dance to move around the house while they are here and I am on zoom. They do this with patience and make it easy for me.
