A team of three people from Rosa's Cleaning Service cleaned my home this morning and I could not be happier with the results. I live in a Victorian with lots of molding and it is all dust free! They arrived right on time and were friendly and professional. I highly recommend Rosa Cleaning Services.
The team was uncommunicative and careless during the walkthrough leaving us unhappy with the end result. Not a good experience at all!
With our future in-laws coming to visit, I needed a super-duper thorough cleaning, and the Rosa team delivered! There were some cringe-worthy rooms that I was almost embarrassed to show them but they cheerfully handled everything. They're pros, made suggestions and asked questions, and were excellent communicators before, during and after the job. It was easy to work with them; very professional, happy people who know what they're doing. And my house is in tip top shape. Let the visitors arrive!
The BEST cleaning service in the Bay Area. Soraya’s cleaning service is absolutely TOP NOTCH. Quick responses, very detailed-oriented and thorough! Soraya asked questions about what I wanted to have cleaned in my house and if there was another to watch out/ pay special attention to (i.e, my dog, any specific furniture, etc). She then was able to schedule me quickly and notified me the day before and the morning of when her team would be arriving.
