I’ve had such a wonderful experience at Rosa Clará Coral Gables! It took me some time to decide on the dress I wanted, but Andrea was incredibly patient and understanding throughout the process. My dress has now been ordered, and I couldn’t be more excited for my fitting in a few months. Andrea has truly been so helpful every step of the way!
Do not give these people any chance!! Rosa Clara Coral Gables only cares about money - not about you. I expected quality product and quality service and got neither. Their tailoring is so bad, the dress they made for me made my chest look like Madonna triangles. I could poke an eye out. This establishment has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Unfortunately, my Fiancé went here for what was supposed to be her dream wedding dress. She spent an exorbitant amount on the dress only to have what arrived a different design than what was ordered due to staff having her try on a dress that was many sizes too large for her so when it was tailored to her size the entire dress design changed.
