Loved my entire experience. Rosmary Gutierrez made the dress even prettier with her tailoring services. She improved the bust/top area of my dress and got the length just right! Yanna was the BEST sales assistant ever. She has so much patience and great insight.

I made an appointment at this store for my best friend who is getting married. The appointment was made a month before, the week of the appointment they message me to confirm the appointment and nothing else. I called the day off to see if they could see us earlier than the time we had schedule and they lady laughed at me on the phone saying that they were booked for the day. This store only cares about your money—not you. A friend of mine placed a large deposit on a wedding dress, but due to a tragic and unforeseen event, she had to cancel the wedding less than a month later. When she went back to the store to explain, they showed no compassion. They refused to refund the deposit and told her she had to either pay in full and take the dress or forfeit the money. No empathy. No understanding. Just cold business. Heartless.
