We had a fantastic experience at Rosa Clara today. Diana was excellent and made me feel comfortable and confident whilst trying on the dresses. Her expertise and calm presence made the whole experience really enjoyable and I am confident I have chosen the right dress. Thank you!
Une étoile car je ne peux pas mettre 0. Nous nous sommes rendu à Londres dans cette boutique pour trouver la robe de mariée de ma sœur. Le rendez vous a été réservé il y a 3 mois. Sur place, aucune des robes qu'elle souhaitait essayer n'était disponible (contrairement à ce qui était indiqué sur la tablette). Avant ce rendez vous, aucune information n'avait été demandé à ma sœur (ni le type de robe ni le budget). La boutique fait usine, avec un va et vient incessant. It’s totally worth going there if you are in a search for a wedding dress! Been there for my friend’s wedding! Ioanna, who was our stylist, was so friendly and professional, asking the bride all the right questions and being patient with us, letting us to take photos and videos, plus giving us time to share our thoughts on the dresses! You can imagine how stressful is the wedding dress hunting, and surrounded by experienced and friendly ppl, makes all the difference!
