Last summer, Rosa Carpentry come to demolish and rebuild (with improvements) our 33 year old decks. Steve meticulously drew the plans and came by to inspect progress a couple times a week, answering all questions. The demolition work was done carefully and Dan and Eduardo cleaned up behind themselves each day, leaving no debris (or nails) behind. We've done three major house projects to our house in Greenwich, CT and this is the first time we've used the Rosa's- they were by far the best and we will use for any future work, no question. They take pride in their work, communicate effectively, meet the timelines and are extremely respectful of your space.
