A disclaimer I have to put out is that I am a first time home buyer. It is quite the daunting task to jump in the deep end and buy a house. Especially in the bay area where the competition is as fierce as it gets with the inventory not scaling with the growing population. I highly recommend Rosa! We wanted to carry out our plan of moving to a bigger home but felt a little apprehensive about taking on such a big task right smack in the middle of the school year.
