Ros is an excellent psychologist. She has helped me work through my depression and anxiety. She is also helping me process my hurdles in key relationships and heal childhood trauma. I specifically like the way she keeps me accountable and provides a constructive structure to our sessions. Her understanding of cultural nuances and how to navigate these in an Australian life has been particularly beneficial to me.
Ros has been instrumental in my development of self-awareness and improvement of my general mental health. Ros has help me overcome and heal childhood trauma, establishing healthy boundaries within relationships, and helped me identify those in my life with narcissistic tendencies. Thank you Ros
