Rory talked with me directly on the phone, he was willing to accept/work with the extended warranty I had on my jet ski. He was so nice, honest and professional. I didn't need an appointment to come in with my jet ski. He said I could bring the jet ski in right away. He asked what issues were going on and did not mess around. He said he had an idea of what the issue was, fixed it and showed me how to fix it for future times(in case same issue happened again) , and did not charge me a dime. We bought a jetski for my 75 year old grandma through him and he was very honest with our purchase and gave us a great deal. He took the time to go through everything with us thoroughly and made sure she was all set up to get out on the water. I would highly recommend going to him for all of your jetski needs. Good pricing and very satisfied with our service!
Rory’s saved our vacation ! My family brought a couple waverunners up to waupaca for the week. On day 2, we thought we sucked something up. We couldn’t find anything. We called Rory , he said to bring it in. We were there that afternoon. The next day he told us there was a stick in the pump housing. We were back on the water!! His service and price was great!!
